"makefs", nrg2iso (nero images), and many other programs for specific iso and 9660 formats. Search for "9660" and then "UDF in the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM). Other available file systems are ISO 9660 Level 1, ISO 9660 Level 2 and UDF. The default file system type is ISO9660 + Joliet extensions. Select a burner from the list (the one you have inserted disc in).
There are UDFtools, growisofs, dvd+rw-tools, p7zip-full, dares, genisoimage, xorisso, libisoburn1, libburn*, libiso9660*, in the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM). Insert a disc into the drive, if you have not done it yet. I have these installed, so that my "K3b" DVD/CD application, and other programs, can handle UDF an 9660 media. Search for "iso" in the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM).some are usually already installed in Mint. For example, a file named 'Analyze This.avi' will be converted to 'ANALYZ1.AVI'. iso images in your file manager, fuseiso, gmountiso, furiusisomount, gisomount, etc. ASCII, ISO Level 1 and ISO Level 2: ASCII: Maintain the original filenames with all characters, including uppercase/lowercase. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Why would you want to convert to "UDF"?
